Information with regard to the processing of personal data

Our intention is to provide you with information with regard to how Idevio AB, 556622-3110, Drottninggatan 52, SE-41107 Göteborg, Sweden (”Idevio”) will process any received personal data related to its software product (”Locago”). Idevio is the controller of personal data and the processing will be carried out in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (1998:204).

Personal data, such as your name, address, e-mail address and cell phone number, may be collected in different situations. Either you voluntarily provide Idevio with such personal data in order for Idevio to be able to offer a variety of personally adjusted services to you via Locago, or, you will be asked to provide such personal data in connection with signing up as a user for the Locago service. Accordingly, personal data is collected in order for Locago to provide a specific service. Anonymous data, such as user statistics, is automatically collected in order for Idevio to improve Locago.

Idevio may use the information received from you in order to offer you other services that we think may interest you. However, you may choose not to receive such information when signing up as a user for the Locago service or later by informing Idevio in writing that you do not wish to receive such information. The most convenient way to do this by changing your personal settings on www.locago.com.

The information received will only be used for the purposes stated above. The information may be forwarded to third parties both within and outside the EU to be used for the same purposes. We will correct the information if it is out of date or incorrect in any other way. If Idevio decide to change the way personal data is collected and processed, any such changes will be posted on www.locago.com.

By using the Locago service and providing us with personal data you agree to the way Idevio collects and processes your personal data as described above.
